Talk to different photographers and look at their imagery as well as what’s included in their services. Your wedding photos are an investment. Most married couples don’t regret their choice of table cloths or the taste of their cake - they regret not investing in the right photographer or a photographer at all. A professional wedding photographer knows exactly where to be and when with the right gear no matter weather or circumstances. But most importantly: they know how to calm you down and make you, your friends as well as your family, relax and enjoy your day.

All photographers cost differently, but they also include different things in their packages. An experienced wedding photographer is often more expensive than a regular photographer. With a regular photographer or an amateur, you only pay for the time during the day and maybe the knowledge that person has. But with a wedding photographer, you pay for safety. We have high-end extra gear in case of bad weather or accidents and you pay for all the hours afterwards while we sort, backup, edit, upload and deliver you your photos by using different programs. We like to be with you early on in your planning to be able to help you with inputs in the schedule so that your day will be as smooth as possible. We are the closest thing possible to an insurance of a perfect wedding day you can get.

I am based on Gotland but work all over Sweden, and sometimes abroad. Discovering new places and meeting new people is just as fun as spending time on the magical island of Gotland. It’s also great in order to stay creative, to be able to view an old place with new and fresh eyes! I charge extra for ferry and sometimes mileage for weddings outside of Gotland and Fårö.

You need to book your date as soon as possible, but you don’t have to decide upon the number of hours until the wedding day. We’ll have a meeting a few weeks ahead and you can finalize the hours you need when the schedule is done. Book the smallest amount of hours you may want to ensure your date! I´ll charge 50% of the total amount when booking and the rest is due after the wedding.

Some people don’t care for the getting ready coverage and some people aren’t interested in having the dancing covered. Are you having a small and intimate wedding with only the closest family? Or maybe, you just want pictures of the ceremony and portraits of you, your guests, and your family? “Engagement session”
About 1 Hour
Come with me to a magical place where we can take stunning images and have a romantic evening! We’ll choose a time and place when the light is great, the Golden Hour for example. You are wearing your finery but not wedding clothes, and you can bring options to change into. The images you can use on your invitations, or to celebrate your engagement - or you can ask your future spouse to marry you in front of the camera! This is NOT a wedding package and NOT on a wedding day, but rather on or anytime after your engagement. If you didn’t get any wedding images, we can do an anniversary shoot instead with your wedding clothes.
1-hour portrait session.
15 images are included, more can be added on or bought separately.

Did you find the right package, but felt something missing? No problem! You can always add on something. I’ll save your photos for 1 (one) year after your wedding day and after that, it’s too late to add anything on through me. Then you need to have your images stored and available to use if you want me to print anything.

Extra photographer/second shooter
If you want more pictures of the guests and more candid moments, a second shooter is a must-have! Especially when the guest list is long, a second photographer is worth his/her weight in gold but I am not charging you that.

For Friends & Family:
If you as the mom or dad, grandma or cousin to the couple want to order pictures, digital or printed, I will help you. Contact me after the images have been delivered to the married couple. You will get access to the images of the couple if they choose to, by the same link and code I have sent them. When asked for links or prints I will always contact the couple about your inquiries or wishes to purchase.
Good to know
I want to meet you when booking and hear more about you and your wedding! I am based in Gotland and if you live far away, we can either meet on Skype or Facetime. It’s good for all to get to know each other a little!
In general, I deliver between 50-60 images per hour, most in color and a selection in Black and white. The amount of pictures depends on how fun you have because that leads to more candid moments. I rather deliver too many images than too few.
GUARANTY
If any special moments or events are happening, I need to know in advance to have the best chance to get them all. I also want to know who is important to you or if there are circumstances I need to be aware of. If there are any special wishes they need to be planned into the schedule. I will scout the location the day before the wedding to be sure I am aware of how the light falls and what the spots look like at the time of the wedding. During the wedding, I will then know exactly what to do and where no matter the weather.
EDITING & RETOUCHING
Editing includes adjusting contrast, white balance, sharpness, cropping, and simple retouching which adds to the artistic mark. I shoot in RAW format, which means that the images have to be developed before delivery. Pictured shown on my website www.capturedbyannie.com or on my Instagram page @Captured_by _annie is representative of the look your images will have. My style has an artistic flavor but is mostly natural and journalistic. I personally dislike “filters“ and “trendy editing“ in wedding photos since I want your photos to look timeless. If you like a certain style of editing, let me know and I can deliver certain images in different versions. If you want to retouch, “moving pixels” such as taking away scars, adjusting hair, or removing a person, I’ll charge 250 SEK/image.
SNEAK PEAKS, DELIVERY, AND BACKUP
Within 7 days after the wedding, you will receive 10 so-called “sneak peaks“ to use on Social Media or as Thank-you cards. The normal delivery time during the peak season is 6-12 weeks. The pictures will be delivered via an online gallery and you can download them from there in Full resolution as well as for the web, and I strongly recommend you to do both. Printing can be done either through me or at home through a company of your choice. I will keep a copy of your files for 1 (one) year and after that, you are responsible for keeping a backup. I strongly suggest that you keep them in at least 3 places, on clouds, computers, hard drives, and printed out. Share them. The more spread, the safer they are from fires or computer failures!
